Craig was born in Honolulu while his father served in the Korean War. He attended local a high school before earning a degree in Management and Accounting from the University of Texas. A licensed CPA since 1979, Craig has an extensive career, having worked for the Texas State Comptroller’s Office and Halliburton. His professional experience spans auditing and reviewing financial information across the United States, Mexico, Brazil, and Singapore.
Craig is a proud father of six children and is grateful that his sons, Austin and Alec, now work alongside him. Previously a youth baseball and soccer coach, Craig transitioned to focus more on his church and local community involvement. He is actively supportive of several ministries that serve youth, the homeless, and those in need. Craig is married to Sisi Janette and has called Corpus Christi home since 1963.

Austin has been a CPA since 2011 and has spent the duration of his career servicing clients through public accounting. He started in write-up and tax in 2005; helping grow the Adamson firm through relationships and teamwork since then. Austin is an ‘05 graduate from the University of Texas at Austin and then obtained a Master of Accountancy from Texas A&M-Corpus Christi. He is proud and appreciative to have the opportunity to work with his father, Craig Adamson, during his career.
Austin was born and raised in Corpus Christi, having graduated from WB Ray High School. He always knew he had a strong desire to work in a “people” business, and public accounting fits quite well. A trusted advisor to his clients; it is his relationships, both old and new, that brings him the most joy through work. He is grateful to work with a talented team at Adamson & Company and is appreciative of his South Texas network.
Professionally, Austin has diverse experience. From business startups to business exits, and all the accounting in between. He is accustomed to complex business environments, structure, and transactions. Austin welcomes client questions like "is our tax structure up to date, what tax planning do we need, and what is our business doing wrong (or right)." He has unique South Texas experience in M&A, having helped many of his clients and their families prepare for an exit or transition their businesses to the next generation. Clients acknowledge Austin's responsiveness and his ability to communicate and interpret complex topics.
Austin is married to his high school sweetheart, and they have 3 children. They are active in their community, church and children's schools. The whole family enjoys to hunt, fish and travel when not chasing homework, dogs or children's sporting events.

Jennifer has been a CPA since 2009 and has spent her whole professional career in
public accounting. She began in auditing before transitioning into tax, building a practice
centered on clarity, precision, and thoughtful client service. A graduate of St. Mary’s
University, she later completed her MBA at Texas A&M–Corpus Christi.
A long-standing member of the Corpus Christi community, Jennifer approaches her
work with a steady commitment to communication and accuracy. She has developed
strong expertise in estate and trust taxation, providing clients and their advisors with
guidance that is both technically sound and easy to navigate. Jennifer is valued for her
thoroughness and her ability to break down complex issues in a way that clients can
understand, consistently delivering solutions that are both accurate and practical.

Trevor Prewett, originally from Houston, joined Adamson & Company in 2009 and has
built his career around leadership, process improvement, and organizational systems.
After earning his undergraduate degree from Baylor University and his master’s in
management from Texas A&M–Corpus Christi, he spent ten years in tax before moving
into an operational role. Trevor is recognized for his ability to implement strategic
objectives, mentorship of staff, and his focus on leveraging IT systems to strengthen
firm efficiency. Outside the office, he enjoys coaching youth basketball and baseball,
spending time with his wife and three children, and contributing to community initiatives.

Jeremy is a proud graduate of Texas A&M University–Corpus Christi and a native of the
Coastal Bend. His professional career began in Audit and Assurance Services with one
of the Big Four accounting firms in San Antonio. With deep roots in the community,
Jeremy returned home in 2015 to practice Tax Planning and Preparation for a broad
spectrum of clients across many industries. He is a member of the Texas Society of
Certified Public Accountants (TXCPA) and is committed to upholding the highest
standards of professionalism and integrity in his practice.

Caitlin is recognized for her leadership within the profession, particularly through her

Adam is a Partner at Adamson & Company, LLC, where he drives the firm’s strategic
vision for its audit and assurance practice and oversees quality across engagements.
He has extensive experience serving governmental, nonprofit, and private-sector
clients, including specialized work on audits of government enterprise funds, helping
clients navigate complex reporting requirements. Adam’s expertise spans FASB and
GASB standards, single audit requirements, and engagements performed in
accordance with U.S. GAAS, U.S. GAGAS, SSARS, and SSAE. A graduate of the
University of Mary Hardin–Baylor, he believes financial statements should be clear,
understandable, and provide meaningful insight to help leaders make informed
decisions. Guided by the principles of servant leadership, he is dedicated to meeting the
needs of clients, colleagues, and stakeholders while ensuring every engagement is
carried out with professionalism, accuracy, and integrity.
